We're a digital marketing agency that thrives on bold ideas and powerful visuals. At Catalyst Growth, we specialise in UGC ads, static and motion design creatives. We work with fast-growing DTC brands across the world to drive engagement and scale their digital presence.

The Role

We're on the lookout for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing team. You'll work closely with our in-house editors, designers, and account managers to transform raw footage and creative concepts into engaging, performance-driven video ads for paid social.

This role blends content creation with performance-led design, perfect for someone who knows how to keep up with trends and turn them into high-performing videos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit a variety of paid social video content for client campaigns — including UGC, product explainers, hooks, testimonials, and motion assets
  • Optimise video edits for different platforms and placements (e.g. Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
  • Collaborate with creative strategists, designers, and clients to bring ideas to life in a high-performing way
  • Stay up to date on content trends, ad formats, and platform best practices
  • Contribute to internal creative reviews, offering feedback and ideas to improve content quality
  • Use Adobe Premiere Pro (and After Effects where needed) to produce clean, on-brand, eye-catching video edits

About You

  • 1+ years of hands-on video editing experience — ideally within a digital marketing or agency environment
  • A strong portfolio or showreel that demonstrates social-first video content
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma a plus
  • A sharp eye for detail, pacing, sound, and visual storytelling
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Up to date on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta Ads and what makes content perform
  • Bonus if you've worked with DTC or eCommerce brands
  • Curious about AI tools, trends, and experimenting with new workflows
  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and confident communicating with internal teams and clients

Work Setup

We're based in London and operate a hybrid working model. While this role can be remote, occasional visits to our office for team collaboration are encouraged.

Starting Salary is £26,000, increasing up to £28,000 post-probation
