About the Role
: We're recruiting Customer Services Advisors to join our contact centre team. You'll manage a high volume of inbound calls and digital contacts, ranging from emergency repairs to rent and benefits queries. You'll need to handle some challenging conversations, but ultimately, the job is about working with people to resolve issues together or signposting them to those who can help.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to a wide range of customer queries via phone and digital channels
  • Deliver clear, accurate information and solutions in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a contact centre or similar high-volume customer service role is beneficial
  • A positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay clam and focused under pressure
  • A commitment to building a long-term career in customer service.

Join Us:
These are permanent, full-time roles. You'll work between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, on a rota basis. This is a phone-based role with a mix of office working (Wolverhampton, WV10 6TB) and home working once training is complete.
