Position Overview
The team is seeking a
Junior Insights Executive
to support the delivery of digital analysis, reporting and insights across a variety of projects.
Working closely with senior members of the Insights and Analytics function, you will help analyse performance data, produce recommendations, and support the continuous improvement of careers websites and digital campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and analysing data from Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and other platforms
- Integrating multiple data sources into Looker Studio dashboards
- Producing clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Understanding how data is captured and how user behaviour is recorded
- Supporting the development of reporting and analytics processes
- Contributing to research, paid media and web-related projects
- Analysing survey data and wider data sets as required

This is a hybrid role requiring
two days per week in the Woking office
.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
1. Understanding of digital marketing and analytics
Gained either through previous experience or academic study, including:
- How websites function
- The importance of user experience
- The fundamentals of digital marketing
- How web analytics data is collected and interpreted
2. Ability to communicate insights clearly
You must be comfortable turning data into meaningful stories, through:
- Well-structured written insights
- Clear presentation design
- The ability to explain why findings matter to different audiences
3. Analytical mindset (not a heavily technical role)
This role does not require advanced data engineering or complex statistical modelling.
Useful competencies include:
- Basic knowledge of SQL or advanced Excel
- Ability to identify trends, anomalies and user behaviours
- A focus on investigation, interpretation and practical insights over technical processing
4. Reporting & presentation skills
Candidates must be able to produce polished, client-ready reports and presentations.
This includes:
- Writing clear, insightful commentary
- Creating well-designed PowerPoint slides
- Managing reporting templates and adapting them where needed
5. Comfortable working with:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Google Analytics 4 (or similar)
6. Willing to learn or develop skills in:
- Looker Studio
- BigQuery
- HTML & CSS
