We cover the whole of the UK providing our reputable and professional parking services to a wide range of clients. We are looking to recruit a part-time static Parking Operative who is keen to support our clients needs, gain skills, progress through the company & be a loyal and well-respected employee. As a Parking Operative you will be:

  • Issuing Notices of parking charges to vehicles breaching parking rules and regulations.
  • Patrolling our clients car parks and residential streets following the British Parking Associations policies and guidelines.
  • Providing the correct amount of coverage to designated sites and having good time management skills.
  • Assisting the public with general parking queries and advising on the correct appeals procedure.
  • Reviewing signage in car parks and providing feedback to head office when necessary.

Starting Pay Rate:

£12.25 per hour day shift paid weekly

In addition, we offer the Operative Performance Bonus from your first day with us which is paid every fortnight with your wages.

Rota: Part time (18 hours per week) (3 out of 7 days per week) (Friday -Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm). Please note that on occasion working days/times may need to be amended to meet the needs of the business.

As a Parking Operative you will receive:

  • Competitive rates of pay

Requirements:

  • Flexible to assist with local coverage during periods of holiday and sickness
  • In some cases, a DBS check will be required prior to starting employment
  • Attention to detail

  • Conflict management

Benefits:

  • Length of service bonus (£100 per year for the first 4 years, £250 for the 5th year, £100 for years 6 9 then £500 for your 10th year)
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part time employees) increasing with length of service (1 extra day holiday for every 2 years of service)
