Renderer / EWI Installer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled External Wall Insulation Installer and Renderer to join our domestic energy retrofit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of EWI systems, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to safety standards. Experience with Wetherby EWI systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of external wall insulation systems and be willing to flex into other wall, floor and roof insulation installations.
• Undertake repairs and maintenance to external wall insulation systems.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow detailed schematics and technical drawings to ensure precise installation
• Assist with construction site preparation, including site clearance and layout marking
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high safety standards
• Conduct quality checks on installed components and rectify any issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout each project phase

Qualifications

• Proven experience in external wall insulation installation.
• Ideally carded with Wetherby Wall Systems.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately
• Strong understanding of safety protocols within construction environments
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse outdoor or indoor settings
• Relevant certifications or licences in roofing, electrical work, or other trades are advantageous but not essential
• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy materials and working at heights

Pay: £180.00-£220.00 per day
