About the Role:

As a key member of our contact centre team, you'll guide customers from their initial enquiry through to post-travel support. From helping customers plan unforgettable trips to resolving queries with empathy and efficiency, you'll be the friendly expert our guests rely on throughout their journey. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, working across inbound sales, outbound follow-ups, concierge requests, and in-travel assistance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Convert inbound enquiries into bookings via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Build trusted relationships with guests and agents through excellent service and tailored advice.
  • Proactively follow up on leads and group bookings.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
  • Keep systems updated with accurate information and follow up on all leads within KPIs.
  • Manage post-booking support including changes, cancellations, and complaints.
  • Coordinate travel documents and ensure all holiday components are confirmed and dispatched accurately.
  • Handle concierge and last-minute booking requests with professionalism.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and fast resolution of guest issues.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing sales or service role (travel/tourism experience a plus)
  • Confident, articulate communicator—both written and verbal.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • Target-driven with a passion for providing top-tier service.
  • Comfortable using CRM/booking systems and collaborating across departments.

What You'll Get:
