M&A Associate
to join its
Consumer team
in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and growing advisory business that delivers high-impact transactions across the consumer landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the execution of M&A transactions across the consumer sector
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuation modelling, and due diligence
  • Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation
  • Coordinate with clients, legal advisors, and internal teams throughout deal processes
  • Mentor and guide junior team members

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience in M&A, ideally within the consumer sector.
  • Strong technical skills in financial modelling and valuation
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
