Your impact

As a communicative and persuasive Recruiting Consultant you are part of our recruiting team and contribute to the expansion of Konzepthaus as the market leader provider of design experts. Therefore, you are responsible for providing an optimal consulting service support to our clients in the (further) development of their design teams in the mobility and transportation sector.

Your commitment

You work from the very beginning independently on search orders of our clients with the support of your mentor during your training period. You find and select appropriate and qualified talents to fill their vacancies. Your area of responsibility includes the following goals:

  • management of existing clients, client acquisition & creation of long-lasting client relationships
  • proactive identification of staffing needs through CRM & search of new orders online
  • ensuring premium client proximity including regular on-site client visits
  • development of your candidate network & applicant management
  • Active Sourcing & networking on relevant social networks incl. direct approach & headhunting
  • expansion of our internal database as an expert network
  • conducting phone and face-to-face interviews
  • advising candidates on CVs, portfolios & interview skills
  • carrying out reference checks
  • negotiations with the client in the offer phase
  • supporting candidates in contract negotiations
  • targeted improvement of market knowledge
  • regular feedback to the recruiting manager
  • participation in networking events specific to the industry incl. Konzepthaus events such as Pistons & Pretzels and Afterwork Designer Drinks

Your strengths

  • ambitious graduate with a successful university degree OR professional willing to pursue their career in recruiting
  • proactive, results-oriented and structured work mindset; you show initiative
  • strong learning mindset and interest in design
  • willingness to take part in (international) project- or event-related business trips
  • German skills are a plus
