Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food presentation
  • Oversee food safety practices and maintain hygiene standards across the breakfast section
  • Manage food production schedules to meet service times and minimise waste
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Skills

  • Proven experience within a busy kitchen environment
  • Food preparation and cooking skills with a strong understanding of breakfast cooking techniques
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations in the hospitality industry
  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality settings, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent organisatational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills for effective team coordination and service delivery
