Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, alternate Saturdays (day off in lieu)

We're looking for a
Branch Manager Lister
to lead and grow our North Leeds operation from our Head Office. This is a role for an ambitious property professional ready to take the next step in their career — someone with proven
listing and sales negotiation experience
, a strong understanding of the local market, and the drive to build a high-performing branch around them.

You'll have full
P&L responsibility
and will be expected to drive results through proactive lead generation, exceptional client service, and effective team leadership. Using our
Preston Baker Launch Method
, you'll maximise every listing opportunity and deliver exceptional outcomes for sellers and buyers alike.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch commercially and operationally
  , taking ownership of all revenue, performance, and P&L outcomes.
• Generate new business
  through proactive prospecting, networking, and database management.
• Conduct Market Appraisals
  and convert them into instructions using the Preston Baker Launch Method.
• Manage listings to sale
  , driving sales progression and achieving premium prices.
• Recruit, develop, and lead
  your team as the branch grows.
• Analyze performance metrics
  and implement local marketing and lead-generation strategies.
• Maintain
  high standards of compliance, service, and client communication.
• Report directly to senior leadership, contributing to the wider strategic goals of the company.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum
  2 years' experience
  in estate agency, including
  Market Appraisals, listings, and sales negotiation.
• Proven track record of
  winning instructions and closing deals.
• Natural leader — confident, organised, and inspiring.
• Ambitious and ready to take ownership of a branch and develop it into a top-performing business unit.
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and comfortable working to structured KPIs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
