FTTx Rollout Manager – 12-Month Extendable Contract | Major Telecom Vendor | West London (Onsite, 5 Days/Week)

We're seeking an experienced FTTx Rollout Manager to join a leading global telecom vendor on a 12-month extendable contract based in West London. In this role, you'll take ownership of network deployment activities across assigned regions, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets — while maintaining full compliance with H&S regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage end-to-end rollout of fibre (FTTH/FTTx) projects.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, onboarding, and site supervision.
  • Maintain accurate project schedules, forecasts, and progress reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (local authorities, asset owners, etc.).
  • Drive cost control, risk management, and quality assurance throughout deployment.
  • Lead customer acceptance processes and ensure successful site handovers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in FTTH rollout management or related construction roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale network deployment projects.
  • CSCS/EUSR Card, CDM, and SMST accreditations.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project reporting tools.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work on-site 5 days per week.
