The Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Sales Negotiator or Residential Valuer to work on a full time basis, based in our Taunton office. This will suit an individual who is currently working in a similar role who wants to embark upon a career with a dynamic and sought-after Estate Agency. Experience in valuing is desirable but not essential. The Successful Candidate Must Have:

  • A proven track record in residential sales as well as sales progression experience
  • Experience in Property valuing is desirable but not essential.
  • An outgoing and confident personality

  • Professionalism
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Full UK Driver's license & daily access to own vehicle
