The Cut & Craft is a premium casual dining restaurant.

You'll be joining a team of guest obsessed individuals with a true passion for all things hospitality. The Cut & Craft promises to deliver the best experience with our full fresh food concept, hand crafted cocktails, local craft beers and extensive wine and Champagne menu.

The Pastry Chef is responsible for developing and preparing the desserts menu for the companies restaurants in our production kitchen . Working alongside and collaboratively with the Head Chef, you will work flexible shifts. Communicating, pre-shifting and adhering to company standards, leading by example and championing the brand in every way and with every dish that is served.

The role of our Chef de partie is extremely hands on, we're looking for an individual with a genuine passion for fresh food and a real people manager who can train, coach and develop others. You will already be guest obsessed and instil this ethos to your team.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience of strong restaurant kitchen management experience is essential as is the ability to demonstrate working in fast paced, large volume restaurant and managing large teams. Proven track record of managing BOH operations within a premium setting
