Why the Technology Developer Graduate programme?
Banking is technology. So, as part of one of our Technology teams, you'll be right at the heart of what we do – because every part of our business relies on tech. It helps us keep transactions moving. It manages critical data. It supports and protects 48 million customers and clients worldwide. All of which takes a lot of forward thinking. By constantly developing and maintaining our digital infrastructure worldwide, we harness the power of technology to support the economy and make a difference to people's lives.
As part of Technology, you'll join a world where your work delivers tangible outcomes for all kinds of people and organisations every day. At our purpose-built tech campuses across the world, we're shaping the future of financial technology by creating a culture where tech people can make their voices heard and do their best work. You'll build your career in an environment where we're advancing machine learning, leveraging Gen AI, and harnessing FinTech. All while working alongside, and learning from, industry experts.
To be considered for this opportunity,
you'll be motivated with a strong degree or expected degree – in any area.
You'll also have
an ability to code in at least one language.
Ideally, you'll also bring a genuine interest in technology and a talent for connecting the dots between business needs and tech solutions. You're someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and innovation — able to speak both languages and help teams translate ideas into impact. With a passion for driving the next big breakthrough, you're excited by the chance to shape how technology transforms the way we work.
