About the Opportunity

RTN Zero.AI is developing an
AI platform that helps businesses track their environmental impact and move towards Net Zero.
As part of this mission, we're offering a
hands-on AI Developer Internship
for individuals eager to shape the foundations of an applied artificial intelligence platform — from concept to working prototype.

You'll join a
small, focused onsite team
building core components that combine
Generative AI
and
Supervised Learning algorithms
to create intelligent, adaptive solution for real-world businesses. Your work will directly contribute to building a
scalable AI system
that empowers small businesses to take measurable, data-driven steps toward a greener future.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate onsite
  with a small, focused team to design and build the Ai powered platform from the ground up.
• Contribute to the
  architecture, coding, and testing
  of AI-driven modules that combine
  Generative AI
  and
  Supervised Learning
  techniques.
• Develop backend and frontend components
  , integrate APIs, and support the deployment of AI models for real-world applications.
• Work on
  data processing workflows, model training pipelines
  , and sustainability analytics features to ensure performance and scalability.
• Apply
  secure, responsible, and well-documented coding practices
  that emphasize transparency, reliability, and user trust.
• Work directly with RTN Zero Consulting's senior leadership team
  , gaining mentorship and insight into
  AI development, product strategy, and sustainable innovation
  .

Who You Are

• A
  current undergraduate or master's student
  in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field, graduating in
  2026 or or fresh graduate
  .
• A
  curious, fast learner
  who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges and experimenting with new ideas.
• Able to
  work independently
  while collaborating effectively within a small, focused onsite team.
• Organised, disciplined, and proactive
  , with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic project environment.
• Motivated by purpose-driven innovation
  — passionate about using technology and AI to create meaningful, sustainable impact.

Preferred Background

• Currently studying or experienced in
  Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or Design
  , or another
  relevant technical discipline
  .
• Comfortable working with one or more of the following technologies:
  Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, , GitHub, APIs, or UX/UI design tools.
• Interest or experience with
  AI frameworks
  such as
  TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs
  (ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, etc.).
• Understanding of
  data processing, model integration, and deployment workflows
  is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal
  communication skills
  , and the ability to
  collaborate effectively in an onsite, multidisciplinary team
  .
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and contributing to
  AI solutions that drive sustainability and innovation
  .
