As a Commis
Chef at the Ham Yard Hotel, you will have the opportunity to work across
various sections of the kitchen, gaining invaluable experience and honing your
culinary skills. You will be an integral part of a large, talented team,
dedicated to delivering high-quality dishes and exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in
  the preparation and cooking of dishes to the highest standards.
• Ensure
  that all food is prepared and presented in accordance with our quality
  guidelines.
• Maintain
  a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate
  with senior chefs to learn and develop new recipes and techniques.
• Contribute
  to the smooth running of kitchen operations in a high-energy environment.

What you Need:

• Experience
  in a similar role within a professional kitchen.
• Demonstrate
  excellent attention to detail and a passion for food.
• Strong
  organisational and communication skills.
• Ability
  to work effectively within a team.
• A
  positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the culinary field.
