WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're seeking a visionary and strategic leader with a strong track record in school leadership, ideally within an international context. You'll bring deep experience with the English National Curriculum and post-16 education, and a passion for inspiring high-performing teams. You understand how to balance educational excellence with commercial performance, and you're confident using data to drive improvement and meet clear KPIs across academics, finance, marketing, and stakeholder engagement. You'll thrive in a collaborative, global environment, contributing to the wider success of Nord Anglia Education while leading your school with clarity, purpose, and ambition. In addition, you'll bring a strong commitment to inclusive education, with proven experience in leading provision for students with diverse learning needs.
