Role Description

This is a full-time role for an experienced Mobile Service Engineer based in Greater London and the South East. The Mobile Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service support, technical support, and maintaining/repairing janitorial and floor care equipment. The engineer will need to communicate effectively with customers and provide timely and efficient support.

We anticipate the successful candidate to have a minimum of two years experience working on a range of floor cleaning machinery in the cleaning industry.

Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting, Technical Support, Maintenance & Repair skills
  • Ideally hold an electrical or electro-mechanical qualification
  • Hold a full, clean driving licence
  • At least 2 years field service experience in janitorial and floor care equipment
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the cleaning industry is essential
  • Relevant certifications or training in equipment maintenance and repair
