Our home care service is one of just 4% in England, rated as "Outstanding" and our Caregivers support adults in their own homes.

We support primarily older adults with companionship, personal care, meal preparation, shopping trips, appointments, medication etc. We are a non-medical service.

The hourly salary starts at £15.00 per hour (weekdays). Bank holidays are paid at premium rate. In addition, we pay mileage between clients and also pay for support meetings and training in the office.

We offer comprehensive training at our Ipswich office. We also provide ongoing support to ensure that you are confident in the role.

Requirements:

  • Must live in Ipswich, Kesgrave, Woodbridge or Felixstowe or close surrounding areas. (We also offer roles in Woodbridge and Felixstowe).

. Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle

We currently require caring individuals to support our clients. We always brief our Caregivers on new clients before they meet them, and this is just one of the ways we're supportive to our team.

You will need to offer enough availability for our friendly office team to ensure you achieve the working hours you need. Our Caregivers choose to work anything between 12 and 40 hours per week. It helps if you have weekday availability, plus some availability every other weekend. However, some Caregivers choose to just work evenings for example - we make it work for each and every one of our team

Whether or not you have experience of caring, you will have excellent training, you will 'shadow' experienced Carers and be introduced to your regular clients. Visits are not rushed, and are a minimum of one hour.
