The candidate will provide technical and general support to ensure functionality of meeting room and event spaces as well as rapid-response support and troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities: Provide white-glove technical support for internal, customer, and C-level executive meetingsProvide event support for larger spaces, support including pre-event checks, duration support and pack downProactively identify potential AV issues and provide solutions to clients' concerns or needsDemonstrate a strong working knowledge of video conferencing systems including WebEx , Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google MeetEnsure functionality of conference rooms via scheduled structure room checks and ad hoc supportTechnical troubleshooting skills – ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and proactive mannerRespond to client requests promptlyTroubleshoot and maintain AV devices and infrastructure.
