Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in London for an HR Assistant focused on Learning & Development (L&D) and Recruitment. The HR Assistant will support the HR team in the creation and implementation of training programs, assist in recruitment processes including candidate screening and interviews, and maintain employee records using HRIS. Additional tasks include coordinating benefits administration and providing general HR support to ensure smooth operations within the department.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
  • Training creation, implementation, and support skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is beneficial
  • Experience in the manufacturing or retail industry is a plus
