Responsibilities:

• Take charge of maintaining the unique charm of our hotels, ensuring every detail is meticulously cared for.
• Coordinate repairs and oversee routine maintenance to uphold the high standards of our establishment.
• Demonstrate your well-rounded maintenance expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Work diligently to meet project deadlines and keep our facilities in top-notch condition.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

What you Need:

• Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous, showcasing your ability to excel in maintaining upscale properties.
