Responsibilities:

  • Installing and maintaining temporary traffic setups such as traffic lights, road closures, and pedestrian paths.

  • Sometimes working solo, sometimes with a team. Being a self-starter is key.

  • Manually controlling traffic lights and managing pedestrians. Your actions keep people safe.

  • Setting examples in safety and quality, because that's how we keep our solid reputation.

Requirements:

We're all about the right mindset here. If you're someone who values professionalism, can communicate well and treat people with respect then you're already ticking our boxes.

  • Previous experience in traffic management is not essential but is desired

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Good communication skills

  • Hold a valid UK driving licence

  • Traffic Management qualifications desired but not essential e.g. Unit 2, M1, M2, M5, M6, 12ab

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year
