Area: York & Leeds-based
Salary: £32,750 per year
Hours per week are 37.5 hours, this is based on Mon – Friday 9am-5pm ( A half an hour unpaid lunch break is included in each working day)
Flexibility in working hours required to suit the business needs as well some weekend working possible.
As a Regional Brand & Engagement Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in driving brand performance across your region — overseeing marketing activity, tracking insights, and supporting growth. You act as the link between the brand strategy set by the central team and the on-the-ground delivery in your homes, ensuring every campaign and initiative reflects the organisation's values and delivers measurable impact.
You also champion engagement and experience — creating meaningful connections with residents, families, and local communities to bring the brand to life in authentic and inspiring ways.
Purpose of the Role
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the organisation's brand and marketing strategy at a regional level. Working closely with the Regional Operations Manager, Home Management team and Homes Heads of Department. Reporting to the Head of Operations, Regional Manager and the Brand Manager. This role ensures that all marketing, enquiries, and engagement initiatives are effectively implemented, monitored, and evaluated.
Through data-led insights and strong local partnerships, the Regional Brand & Engagement Coordinator supports and drives occupancy, enhances brand visibility, and supports the creation of exceptional resident and family experiences across the region.
Ensure the home actively participates in all Company, Community, and Employee initiatives, including the Employee C.A.R.E Awards.
Conduct regular audits to maintain and evidence compliance with company standards — including environmental checks, CQC requirements, engagement levels, feedback, reviews, and enquiry management.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Delivery
- Implement and localise marketing campaigns in line with the set strategy, brand guidelines and objectives.
- Support homes in executing marketing activities that drive enquiries, occupancy, and brand consistency.
- Oversee digital presence and local targeted advertising to ensure alignment with the wider marketing strategy.
- Maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent tone, visual identity, and messaging.
Sales & Insights
- Provide regional reporting on marketing performance, enquiry trends, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the regional management teams to ensure alignment on targets and KPIs.
- Share insights and recommendations to improve regional performance and marketing effectiveness.
Working with the Head Office Operations Team, analyse data to identify growth opportunities and inform future marketing strategies.
Monitor all daily enquiry activity in the CRM and take the appropriate follow-up actions.
Engagement & Experience
- Champion engagement initiatives that build strong connections with residents, families, and communities.
- Support home teams in planning and delivering local events and campaigns that enhance brand reputation.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting positive storytelling and sharing best practice across the region.
Collaboration & Partnership
- Work closely with the Home and Regional Manager to ensure marketing and engagement goals are met.
- Partner with the Brand Manager to review and refine regional marketing activity based on results and feedback.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across the region, supporting homes to thrive.

- Confident working both independently and collaboratively across multiple locations.
- An understanding of care, hospitality, or other service-led industries (desirable).
