Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of anatomy and be dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic services to our clients. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the physical and emotional well-being of clients through tailored massage techniques.

Duties

  • Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, tailored to individual client needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions and discuss their specific health concerns and goals.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments.
  • Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client progress to ensure continuity of care.
  • Stay updated with the latest techniques and trends in massage therapy through continuous professional development.
  • Promote wellness practices and educate clients on self-care strategies post-treatment.

Qualifications

  • Valid certification or licensure in massage therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • A compassionate approach with a strong focus on client comfort and satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in a therapeutic setting is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.
