We are working with Protector Insurance to recruit a Graduate IT Support Engineer to join their growing Manchester IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and an interest in using AI to improve systems and workflows. Key Responsibilities
You will provide first-line IT support to colleagues across Protector Insurance's Manchester and London offices, while also contributing to wider IT projects across Europe. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering first-line technical support and resolving IT issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Supporting colleagues with laptops, smartphones, and Microsoft software.
  • Collaborating with a 70+ person IT team across multiple countries.
  • Gaining exposure to international IT operations and knowledge-sharing projects.
  • Occasional travel to Protector Insurance offices across the UK and Europe.

Candidate Requirements
Protector Insurance is looking for a proactive and curious graduate who enjoys solving problems and learning new technologies. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of helping others.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • An interest in using AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency.
