Job overview

An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join the team in the West Integrated Transfer of Care Hub (iToCH). Currently based in Camborne Health Office, Camborne. You will help provide a seamless service for the people we serve, which will include cross boundary and collaborative working with the multi-disciplinary team, along with colleagues in Adult Social Care and other outside agencies in the community setting.

This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual. You will need to have good interpersonal skills, IT skills and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

We will offer a supportive working environment in which to continue to develop your skills and knowledge in patient flow through a structured in-service training programme, appraisal and supervision systems.

This is a permanent, full-time post, working 37.5 hours per week to include weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis, as the service is available 8-8. The likely shift pattern would be 8-4 or 10-6 five days a week to include 1-7 weekends.
