Are you a technical administrator who thrives on keeping business-critical systems running smoothly?

We are looking for a dedicated Systems Administrator to manage the daily operation, security, and integrity of our SimPro platform. If you're passionate about user access, data governance, and maintaining system reliability, we want to hear from you.

The role:

You are the central point for our SimPro system. Your primary mission is to ensure the platform is secure, reliable, and perfectly aligned with our business needs. This includes:

  • Taking ownership of the daily maintenance, performance monitoring, and security of the SimPro portal.
  • Managing all user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure airtight data integrity and access control.
  • Coordinating system updates, patches, and configuration changes with IT, while strictly maintaining data governance and security policies.
  • Troubleshooting issues for end-users, maintaining documentation, and providing training to ensure the team gets the most out of the platform.
What we are looking for:
  • Proven experience administering a critical business portal (e.g., SharePoint, Salesforce, or SimPro).
  • Strong technical background in managing user permissions, security protocols, and system maintenance.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to clearly document configurations and workflows.
  • A collaborative approach, working effectively with IT and development teams.
