Technology Product Manager

Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a portfolio of technology products - with a primary focus on food and beverage systems - driving innovation and operational excellence across our onboard and shoreside guest experiences.
This role is all about end-to-end ownership: from shaping product direction to ensuring smooth delivery with cross-functional teams. You'll be the person who connects the dots between user needs, business goals, and technical execution-leading delivery while influencing product strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Leadership: Lead the full lifecycle and strategy of several technology products at once, with a particular emphasis on F&B products - from ideation and development through to implementation, optimisation, and retirement.
- F&B Product Leadership: Drive the vision, development, and delivery of innovative food & beverage technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other onboard and shoreside systems.
- Multi-Product Portfolio Management: Simultaneously manage several product streams, balancing priorities and resources to maximize impact across the business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive alignment and execution across engineering, operations, commercial, and shipboard teams, ensuring delivery meets business needs and guest expectations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product outcomes are aligned with strategic goals and operational realities.
- Infrastructure Awareness: Oversee delivery of solutions that may involve physical infrastructure, ensuring integration with legacy systems and alignment with modernisation efforts.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, lead, and manage cross-functional teams by providing clear direction, support, and development opportunities. Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring team members are motivated, engaged, and empowered to achieve their best.
- Budgets: Manage and make decisions impacting budgets, including the allocation and tracking of financial resources to ensure technology investments deliver measurable value.
- Governance: Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and audit requirements by implementing and executing governance practices aligned to strategic plans and operational standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Use data, feedback, and performance metrics to refine delivery processes and enhance service quality.
- Travel: Occasional international travel to ships and ports, including some evening and weekend work.
Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK06, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading multiple product teams through end-to-end product lifecycles in a matrixed environment, ideally with a background in food & beverage technology or hospitality systems.
- Strong track record of delivering complex technology solutions—ideally involving physical infrastructure.
- Experience working across multiple service domains, with an understanding of operational and guest-facing technologies.
- Agile delivery expertise with relevant certifications and a pragmatic approach to implementation. Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
