Worth Recruiting are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager with experience in building supplies and property services.

This role is ideal for a persuasive sales professional who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive growth for a successful independent property and building company based in Rickmansworth.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Developing new business leads and converting opportunities into revenue.
  • Promoting and selling building supplies and related property services.
  • Working closely with internal teams to identify customer needs and match services accordingly.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • Identifying new areas of growth and market trends.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Proven success in business development and sales, ideally in building supplies or construction.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially aware, competitive, and results-oriented.
  • Surveying knowledge is a plus, though not essential.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and confident with a professional presence.
