What's the Job all about?

The ideal candidate to help lead our kitchen team loves food, loves kitchens and gets a buzz off a smooth busy service. You will have the drive to deliver great food, in an efficient way.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • On the front line in a busy, fast paced service whilst staying calm and happy under pressure
  • Maintain our reputation for consistently well made and presented dishes even during our busiest times and be flexible and committed to the job
  • Using our integrated stock and ordering system to help manage stock levels and control costs
  • Understand and undertake legal paperwork and practices to ensure a clean and safe kitchen helping to maintain our 5* standards
  • Meet all allergen requirements
  • Ensuring high levels of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and prep areas
  • Doing all the above whilst genuinely enjoying what you do and helping to lead that culture within your team
