MOR. Healthcare is partnering with leading healthcare providers across Australia to recruit motivated Occupational Therapists for permanent positions within both community and clinical settings. Opportunities are available for clinicians at all levels, from early career practitioners to senior leaders, seeking to advance their practice and make a meaningful difference in client outcomes.

Position:  Occupational Therapist

Location: Across Australia - several locations available - Metro, Beach or Country Regional locations in Australia 

Salary:  Entry level $65K - to Senior Level $120K plus superannuation

About the Roles

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services across a range of settings including community health, hospitals, aged care, NDIS, rehabilitation, and private practice.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, providing assessment, intervention, and support to clients to enhance independence and quality of life.
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams that may include Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and Allied Health Assistants.
  • Participate in service development, quality improvement, and clinical education initiatives.
  • Senior clinicians will have the opportunity to provide supervision and mentoring to junior staff and students.

About You

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
  • Current or eligible AHPRA registration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centred approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience across acute, sub-acute, community, or NDIS environments will be highly regarded.
  • Senior applicants: prior experience in clinical supervision and complex case management.
