Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Salary: £13.94 per hour

Banbury Lodge, part of the UK's leading addiction treatment provider, is looking for a Bank Therapist to join our dedicated team. We offer life-changing treatment for individuals struggling with addiction. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a therapeutic team that truly makes a difference.

What you'll do:
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and the 12-Step model
  • Develop and review personalised treatment plans
  • Provide support and guidance to clients throughout their recovery journey
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team including nurses, support workers, and other therapists
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records


What we're looking for:
  • A qualified Therapist, Counsellor or Psychotherapist (e.g., Level 4 Diploma or above in Counselling)
  • Experience working in addiction, mental health, or a related field is desirable
  • Knowledge of the 12-Step recovery model (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, empathy and interpersonal skills
  • Registration with a professional body (BACP/UKCP/NCS)
