The Role: Making a Real Impact

You'll deliver person-centred care that supports independence and wellbeing at home.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Meal preparation, hydration support, and medication assistance
  • Companionship and mobility help
  • Light household tasks (tidying, changing linens)
  • Logging visits easily using our Beehive Care app

Shifts Focused on Evenings & Weekends

  • Primary Need: Evening & weekend shifts (critical cover required)
  • Minimum Commitment: 3+ evening or weekend shifts per week
  • Flexibility: Daytime shifts considered to suit your lifestyle
  • Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) available if daytime shifts covered; otherwise flexible part-time
  • Extra Earning: Optional extra hours available via our Click to Care app

What You'll Need

  • Full UK driving licence & reliable car (essential for rural coverage)
  • Confidence driving in rural areas and country lanes
  • A caring, dependable nature
  • Comfort using a smartphone for rotas and care notes
  • Right to work in the UK (we cannot provide sponsorship)
