Role Summary:

This is a newly created role as a Project Administrator to join their fully office-based, Customer Service team. We are seeking to recruit a highly organised coordinator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellence. This role is very important for this thriving business as you will be part of the central hub for their bespoke projects, ensuring every detail is perfect from the initial quote to the final installation.

In this pivotal role, you will be the key link between the clients, project managers, and commercial teams. You will be responsible for coordinating the intricate details for each piece of the project, ensuring accuracy, clear communication, and smooth progression at every stage. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Liaising directly with clients to confirm requirements, handle amendments, and provide clear updates.
  • Coordinating the end-to-end process for bespoke project quotes and orders.
  • Preparing and maintaining detailed, accurate pricing schedules aligned with client specifications.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with stakeholders to ensure all information is correct and moving forward.
  • Logging and processing all project data within internal systems.
  • Proactively monitoring project progress, identifying potential delays or material issues before they arise.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our project coordination and client communication processes.

What we are looking for:

  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills both internally and externally.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated experience within a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Superb organisational and administrative skills.
  • Background within a B2B manufacturing environment would be highly advantageous.
  • Highly analytical with advanced excel knowledge.
