Newlands Primary is a fantastic school to work in where we are all passionate about ensuring every child and member of staff achieves their full potential. Are you experienced in a primary school setting, with the likely opportunity to work in KS2? Do you have expertise in supporting children with complex needs or ASD? Are you a hardworking, enthusiastic professional who enjoys collaborating with others and embraces the variety that each school day brings?
If so, we are offering an exciting opportunity to join our successful, friendly and dedicated team.

To be considered
,
- You must have experience working with children in a school-based setting
- Hold at least an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant childcare or teaching assistant qualification.
- A good standard of literacy and numeracy—equivalent to GCSE grade C or above—is also essential.
- This role requires an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
We provide an excellent induction package for new staff and a team of experienced mentors who are ready to support you.
