Job Overview
At Boundary Oak School, we are looking for a Cover Supervisor for a September start. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding, passionate and flexible individual. We are very flexible and open to candidates seeking either a part time job share or full time role.
This role is term-time only.
ROLE

  • The role is to provide 'cover' for whole classes in the absence of the class teacher.
  • The cover supervisor, wherever possible, will actively engage in the delivery of the lesson
  • To take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school.
  • To promote the school's positive behaviour model and uphold it's key values and 7 R's

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths)
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification (A Level, BTEC or equivalent)
  • Prior experience of working in a classroom environment is an advantage
  • Ability to offer sport is desirable but not essential
