Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Member at Zaykati located in London. The Crew Member will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the efficient operation of the restaurant. These tasks include taking and processing orders, preparing food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a high-quality dining experience. They will also be expected to follow health and safety regulations and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

  • Customer service skills, including providing excellent customer experiences and handling customer inquiries
  • Basic cooking and food preparation skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in both English and Bengali is essential for this role to effectively communicate with our customers and team.
