Quality Control Inspector
to join a skilled team and play a key role in ensuring every product meets the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be hands-on, working across the quality team to inspect products at every stage of the process:

• Inspect incoming stock and goods from subcontract suppliers
• Perform first-off, patrol, and final inspections on machined items
• Conduct final inspections before goods are dispatched to customers
• Carry out hardness testing and assist with calibration system maintenance
• Support other members of the Quality Department as needed
• Follow all health & safety guidelines and wear PPE when required

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Experience using thread gauges, micrometres, thread micrometres, and shadowgraph
• Solid understanding of inspection techniques and maintaining quality records
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and international standards (can be trained)
• Good level of education and computer skills

QC Inspector - Immediate Start

Rate: £15.50/hr

Are you a detail-oriented inspector who loves working with precision tools and high-tech equipment? We're looking for someone to step into a hands-on QC Inspector role with real opportunities to grow into a management position.

The Role:

This is a fully inspection-focused role, where you'll be using a variety of tools and systems, including:

Calipers, micrometers, pin/plug gauges

Keyence optical inspection system

PMI gun (XRF analyser)

Hardness tester

You'll be the eyes and ears of quality, ensuring every part that comes through meets strict standards. While you'll mostly be office-based, you'll also get some shop floor time, keeping things varied.

No Technical Drawing Experience? No Problem

We'll train you to read technical drawings and standards - so if you've got the right equipment skills and an eye for detail, this could be perfect for you.
