We are a dynamic food production company, committed to delivering high-quality food products while maintaining the highest safety, hygiene, and quality standards. We are looking for a Skilled Operative to join our growing team.

In this role, you will support the Team Leader/ Multi Skilled Operative in running an efficient production line, ensuring that processes are completed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations.

SHIFT PATTERN: 40 hours per week (over 5 days)

AM Shift - Monday to Saturday 6.00am-2.00pm

PM Shift - Monday to Friday 2.00pm-10.00pm

PAY RATE: £12.73 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To assist the Team Leader/ Multi Skilled Operative in all aspects of running an efficient production line; to include but not limited to; assisting with line change overs, setting up lines, completing checks and paperwork.
  • To ensure compliance to the companies Quality Policy and Objectives.
  • To carry out efficient and effective line set ups and change overs.
  • To know the company's quality standards for each product and ensure all process checks are conducted to the required standards.
  • To deputise for the Multi Skilled Operative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.73 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
