The Senior People Business Partner (SPBP), is a key leadership role within the People Services team in the wider People Matters Directorate. The main purpose of the role is to drive the strategic People Services agenda across a designated portfolio and aligned hub, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive People services to all staff.
