SAP Master Data Administrator

Overview:

You will be responsible for the input and maintenance of consumption of materials and packaging within the factory. Recent experience of SAP production data and the ability to work extremely accurately in data input are essential.

The role will also involve the opportunity to review our current data and processes and implement improvements in the quality, accuracy and coordination our systems and processes.

Working as part of the commercial team, you will also work closely with Production, production management, planning.

The role is key our success and will be critical in supporting the ongoing expansion of our business, most notably the integration of SAP upgrade SAP hana and the introduction of the new factory.

Responsibilities:

• Confirm process orders with correct usage.
• Review consumption data and correct inconsistencies and anomalies.
• Work with production on errors and inaccuracies to gain the 'truth' on consumption.
• Review missing consumption gaps alongside stock adjustments to save potential missed consumption being recorded as devaluation.
• Process of devaluation notes for reporting.
• Co-ordinate and challenge production on potential adjustments, highlighting process failures and improvements.
• Review and reconcile external storage stocks to SAP in collaboration with stores team.
• Use knowledge of production experience and traceability to advise in projects and process improvements.

Qualifications/Personal Qualities:

Essential:

• Previous experience of working with SAP and process orders.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data input
• Understanding of the critical importance of consumption data and the impact on other parts of the business.
• Good excel skills.
• Desire and willingness to improve existing processes.
• Understand process orders and production material flow.
• Good communicator with a variety of different departments.
• Experiences in contribution to projects.

Desirable

• Previous food production experience
