What you'll do

•    Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet

•    Automate the DevOps lifecycle with CI/CD pipelines that streamline software delivery and enable developer autonomy

•    Develop bespoke internal tools and centralized developer platforms (IDPs) to improve engineering efficiency

•    Provision and monitor cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

•    Champion platform adoption, support teams using the platform, and lead improvements based on real user feedback

•    Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies, including AI-enhanced monitoring and automation-first solutions

•    Promote a culture of collaboration, mentoring, and continuous improvement through active engagement with cross-functional teams

•    Ensure platform services align with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
 

What you'll need

•    Proficiency with IaC and DevOps tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet)

•    Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

•    Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and architecture (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

•    Background in Agile product ownership and methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe

•    Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

•    Experience designing secure, compliant, and high-performing platforms

•    Ability to coach and mentor developers and junior engineers
 
Desirable

•    Certifications in ITIL, SAFe, or DevOps

•    Experience working in multi-region, enterprise-scale environments

•    Exposure to AI-driven monitoring and automation technologies

•    A passion for innovation and exploring emerging trends in platform engineering
