We're
on the looking for a passionate and guest-focused Banqueting Junior Sous Chef
to become a valued part of our outstanding Banqueting Kitchen team at Pan
Pacific London.

JOB SUMMARY

As
a Banqueting Junior Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in delivering
exceptional culinary experiences for our guests across conferences, weddings,
and private events. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you will
assist in managing the banqueting kitchen team, ensuring flawless execution of
large-scale and bespoke functions. You will be responsible for maintaining the
highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation, while contributing
to the efficiency and organisation of the banqueting kitchen. Your responsibilities
will include , but are not limited to:

Supervise
and coordinate kitchen staff during service, ensuring timing, workflow, and
standards are maintained.

Provide
training and guidance to junior team members, fostering a positive and
professional environment.

·
Ensure
dishes are prepared, plated, and served in accordance with luxury hotel
standards and guest expectations.
