Hours
You will be expected to work 18 hours per week and be flexible with the days you can work. This position will include working weekends.
Summary
We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering a 'wow' customer experience while helping customers find the perfect beauty products tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting beauty products that meet their individual needs
- Provide tailored advice and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain product displays and ensure store presentation is up to standard
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout
- Stay updated on current promotions and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a passion for beauty products
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed
