We're now looking for Experienced Estate Planners to join our York head office and play a pivotal role in shaping our national rollout. This is a unique chance to join at the ground floor of an ambitious business. You'll guide clients through their planning journey, influence product development, and support the wider adviser and intermediary network we are building.

About the Role

As an Experienced Estate Planner, you'll provide expert consultations to clients and partners, translating complex planning into clear, actionable steps. With support from our legal and technical team, you'll deliver bespoke financial and legal solutions while helping to evolve our services and client-first model. You'll thrive if you're experienced, client-focused, and motivated by both personal results and the bigger picture of building something new.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver plain-English consultations to clients and intermediaries via phone and video.
  • Conduct dynamic fact-finding, present tailored proposals, and manage clients through to completion.
  • Master the full iTrust121 product suite with training and support from our in-house legal team.
  • Provide insights to management on client needs and product development.
  • Play an active role in shaping our national adviser and franchise support model.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking experienced advisers with 2+ years in a client-facing advisory role, ideally in Estate Planning and Will writing focussed roles.

You'll also need to be:

  • Based in or near York/Leeds/North East/South Yorkshire
  • A confident communicator and skilled presenter
  • Comfortable with financial and legal terminology
  • Self-motivated with a track record of hitting performance targets
  • Ready to grow with the business and progress into senior roles

Desirable but not essential:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured client journeys
  • Knowledge and experience in private client Estate planning to include Wills, Trusts and General Estate Planning.
  • Strong experience in client presentations, proposals, and closing
