Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Electronics Graduate to support our Client. The successful candidate will assist with testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electronic equipment, as well as performing basic software and calibration tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to build practical experience in an engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies to carry out diagnostic tests and measurements.
  • Read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Perform calibration of gauges, sensors, and other instrumentation following established procedures.
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot firmware or software on electronic devices and systems.
  • Support fault-finding activities and assist senior engineers with repairs and corrective actions.
  • Document test results, calibration data, and maintenance activities accurately.
  • Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of electronic components, circuits, and test procedures.
  • Ability to use multimeters and other basic diagnostic tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Familiarity with calibration processes or willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of software or firmware updates for electronic equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: £24,420.00-£43,446.96 per year
