Facilities Manager.
We're looking for a Facilities Manager to join our London Fire Stations PFI team based in London.
Location: London Fire Stations – 9 Stations
Hours: 40 hours per week – 08:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
What will you be responsible for?As a Facilities Manager, you'll be working within the London Fire Stations PFI team, supporting the delivery of safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance and lifecycle services across 9 stations.
Your day to day will include:
- Managing planned, reactive, and lifecycle works to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
- Leading and supporting caretakers, engineers, and cleaning staff to deliver high-quality service.
- Overseeing subcontractor performance, budgets, and lifecycle projects.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.
- Driving Health & Safety compliance and promoting Kier's culture and standards.
This role of Facilities Manager is great for you if you have:
- Proven experience in facilities management, including maintenance and lifecycle delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing multi-site teams and contractors.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach.
