Join the Spotless Cleaning Team as a Full Time Evening Cleaner

We are currently seeking a reliable and adaptable Mobile Cleaner to join the Spotless Cleaning team, based in Burton on Trent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to take on a flexible role with a company that values high standards and quality service.

Essential Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
  • A work vehicle will be provided for use during your working hours which will need to be picked up from and returned to DE14 3AU.
  • You must be comfortable traveling across the Burton, Derby, Lichfield, Nottingham, Loughborough and Ashby areas.

Job Details:

  • Start time: 2:00 PM (earliest)
  • Finish time: 10:00 PM (latest)
  • Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

As a Mobile Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing cleaning services across various commercial buildings, ranging from offices to schools. Your role will require you to offer guidance and support to other team members when necessary.

You will need to maintain the highest cleaning and leadership standards, as your duties will include overseeing new contracts, troubleshooting complaints, and filling in for planned and unplanned absences. Flexibility is key, as you'll be expected to travel between multiple sites during a single shift, ensuring all locations are kept up to standard.

Key Benefits:

  • £27,300 per annum
  • Permanent position with 37.5 hours of work per week.
  • Use of a new company van (including a fuel card) during working hours, to be collected and returned to Burton each day.
  • Fully employed on a PAYE basis (not self-employed).

Essential Qualifications:

  • You must reside in or near Burton on Trent and be comfortable traveling around the Burton, Ashby, Lichfield, Nottingham, Loughborough and Derby areas using the company vehicle.
  • You must have a full, clean driving license (3 points or less).
  • References from previous employers are typically required.
  • Previous experience in professional cleaning, including knowledge of COSHH and safety procedures, is preferred.
