What You'll Do

Support Sales & Marketing Campaigns

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, promotional materials, and campaign messaging.
  • Help set up and manage on-site marketing activations and product demonstrations.

Execute Marketing Initiatives

  • Participate in daily marketing activities, including promotions, events, and direct sales initiatives.
  • Engage with customers at pre-allocated locations across North West London — where they live, shop, and work.
  • Represent top brands with professionalism and enthusiasm, driving visibility and engagement.

Product Knowledge

  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' products and services.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitors to help refine strategies and improve performance.

Customer Engagement

  • Deliver confident, professional presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Address customer questions and feedback with transparency and care.
  • Ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

Campaign Performance & Growth

  • Track and measure campaign performance using key metrics.
  • Analyse results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work towards achieving KPIs in brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.
